Thank goodness we won't be buying gas as much as we used to now that hubby is going to be telecommuting! He went out yesterday to fill up the gas tanks in both his truck and my small suv.
He took his truck out first and was able to fill up his tank for $47.30 or $3.579 per gallon.
Wondering if it would be cheaper elsewhere, he went to fill up my tank at another gas station. He was able to fill up my tank for $37.10 or $3.559 per gallon.
Not a lot cheaper, but still some savings. It would have been better if the vehicles were switched though since his truck is more expensive to fill up, though for $0.02 per gallon it probably doesn't make too much of a difference!
